Just for shits and giggles, I did a little research on the guy who made Donnie Darko. His name is Richard Kelly. He was paid $9,000 to write and direct Donnie Darko (he was 25 during production). His first writing credit was at the age of 21. I don't really know what to expect from this guy, since I've only seen Donnie Darko, but reading the synopsis for one of his upcoming movies Southland Tales and looking at the cast (the whole thing, because there are some big names way at the bottom,) I'm pretty intrigued.

Oh yeah, and in case anyone is wondering, here are my plans for the next 3 days:
Monday - lie in the sun at Parc Lafontaine
Tuesday - Ibid
Wednesday - Ibid

Then, supposedly, the rain comes back, so no more parky fun for me.
